Don’t use minus sign in variables. PCDMIS often reads it as a subtraction operator.
FLAT_1_CAV_4.IJK not FLAT-1_CAV-4.IJK...

FIR => full indicator reading.

Set square as origin alignment (level, rotate, origin) scan o.d. and report total runout.
