The cmm points are on the opposite side of the material that you feeler check is. Is the material thickness the same in that area? Is there a hard hit...Leave a comment:

Matt, that issue is fixed in 2017_R1_SP1. I suggested loading that. I have been using 2017 since January and it seems more stable than 2016. -

Have them run the same part 3 to 5 times (Gage R) and have them send you the results. Make sure they move the part on the CMM and if possible rotate it...Leave a comment:

I want to be sure before I install PC-DMIS 2014 that I can have both rev.'s on same PC but installed in different directories and not screw up PC-DMIS...
