VIRTUAL PC-DMIS USERS' SERIES

Over the Summer of 2020, we will be offering a handful of follow-up training sessions that build upon the Virtual PC-DMIS Users' Group held in May 2020. These free sessions explore the broader capabilities of PC-DMIS and dig deeper into some more specialist areas. These specialist sessions include the latest surface management standards, best practice for measuring complex shapes such as gears and blades, how PC-DMIS and SFx help you work smarter; and a double session masterclass on scanning.

Since tubes can be particularly troublesome, I recommend using an iterative alignment, because the 'reference' planes or surfaces are not conducive to a 'true' 3-2-1 alignment. Once this is achieved, you can measure all other attributes. But it can be a little 'tricky'.

I haven't heard of the term "iterative". Can you elaborate on this a little bit?
