i would check to see if the "L" probe is true to your machine axis, maybe its shanking out? -

dont air trigger it then haha. i use increment infrequently if at all.

yes it is easier said than done. communication wires thru the ram,controllers,all that fun stuff.
just replace what you have its alot less head...
