Updated to Windows 10, Cimcore still looking for sentinel.sys

So we have a Roamer Infinite 2.0 with PC-DMIS 2015. It worked before being upgraded to Windows 10.

Windows 10 sees the "device" but doesn't have a driver for it. The Windows driver folder has sentinel64.sys. Cimcore is looking for sentinel.sys.

Any help is appreciated.

Just guessing here, but it seems like it is looking for the 32-bit version of the Sentinel driver and you have the 64-bit version.

Exactly my thoughts. IT is scratching their heads since they can't find a 32 bit driver in the system or the driver files with the software. And we tried reinstalling, but Cimcore is still looking for the sentinel.sys file. I just need Cimcore to look for sentinel64.sys instead of that.

Is Cimcore a 64-bit application? Probably not. Maybe install the 32-bit version of the Sentinel driver and see if that works?
