Halfway through my shoot I get this popup Error. I am using the At901 with the T-Probe. I tried multiple times to fix this by rebooting, restarting, and resetting camera to the top of the tracker. I now get this error upon opening PCDMIS and it will not lock on to the probe. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

More than likely it is a problem with the camera on the tracker. Call hexagon tech support.

You should have an interface soft like Emscon or RDS which allows using the camera as a test ?

I tried going into Emscon and it goes through the initialization routine but does not accept it. Sending back in to Hexagon. Thanks for the input.
