FIXED with the V5.1


I have a problem with this version and our IT.
They said me that "quickmeasure.exe" is a trojan .
Anybody else had this problem ?

It seems that it's the anti-virus...
I sent them the V5.1...
quickmeasure.exe was on the 4.2 without problem (or with an "unsaw" problem )

Is there a reason you moved from v4.2 to v5? We currently are using v4.2. Are there enhancements on v4.2 that make it needed?

Yep ,we bought a LAS-XL, and it seems that the 4.2 doesn't recognize it .

v5 is specifically for the newer Romer arms and the Lasers Older Arms must still use v4.2

You could upload the file in question to VirusTotal - https://www.virustotal.com/#/home/upload - and get a second opinion (and a 3:rd, 4:th,..27:th,...n:th - I don't know how many different scanners they have). That may give your IT people something to think about…

It is most probably a "false positive" because some trojan was developed with the same tools as that .exe (or the new "heuristics" approach taken by some scanners)...
