hit taken outside tolerance zone error

Is any one else having this problem?
I cant even run programs I have previously run with no problems.
This started after switching to 4.2 was 4.1

This was addressed recently by Don R.
go to Edit>preferences>setup> set any order execute tolerance to 0
should fix it
