    hellou ,

I am quite new in programming cmm ( 2 years only), and right now I have new chalenge: we have second machine from almost half year.
It will be great to have the same settings in setting editor, I mean:
colour for dimension, alingment, background, etc, Touchspeed, movespeed, the same paths for part program etc.

At the begining i thought that I can export PCDRegfile.dat from first computer, and import to the another, but after last calibration I see that I can also change more than i want (other parametres)
Is it good way to create the same settings on our two machines?
our soft is PC-DMIS 3.7MR3, and sometimes I trying to use 4.2MR1.

    Best Regards

by the way one more question:
Is it possible to low speed in Manual Mode in PC-DMIS, but not in joystick but like a parameter in soft?

The only export setting I know of is the one you already tried (settingseditor). However, you may be able to extract the wanted settings manually from the registry (not recommended if you don't know what you're doing).

There are various places you can EXPORT settings from in Pcdmis.

EDIT ~ PREFERENCES ~ EDIT WINDOW COLORS is one such place. Not sure off the top of my head if there are more or where they would be.
