Hmm. That is strange. What happens when you click on the link? Any specific message or problem? I tried it on my end and it seems to work for me. Perhaps this is a firewall issue.
If you can't get it to work, you should be able to go directly to the ftp site and download it from there. Try following this link and see if you can download v37full.zip.
