Error: No error occurred

I opened a program, worked on it off-line, went to save, got "PC-DMIS Message" panel:

Current Dir\<file name>.PRG:Serialization error. - Error: No error occurred.

It does not seem to be a permission problem
Almost looks as though th file name is being interpreted as a directory.
I got the error a number of times yesterday, have not seen it today.
Could it be a network problem? - network seemed OK.

Any ideas?

I run my programs off the local drive and back them up on the network drive.

Check the program properties in windows explorer. The file may be set to Read Only.
