  • CAD Translator

We just purchased a translator / CAD fixer program called Transmagic. Anybody else out there in radio land using this? If so I have a couple of questions for you.

Thanks for your time in advance,

    Scott

We don't use it but what is it supposed to do for you?

We work with a lot of CAD files.

It reads almost any CAD file format, and will translate and "heal" the file, and allow you to save out to almost any format. We use it because our customers send a broad range of CAD formats, and we often have translation issues as a result, plus we have to get outside sources to translate into a format we can read. Transmagic also helps us to provide useable files for Pc-dmis
