    Ever get this sort of thing?

    Any ideas?

    Solved, just shout the system down and rebooted all is good again

      Well, here are some questions:

      1) Is this a new program or an old one that just went whack-o?
      2) Are you using the correct report axis for the holes? I am NOT sure what the PERP-To-CENTER LINE will do if you are reporting the WRONG axis as the individual axis, will it still use the 'correct' axis in the calculations?
      3) WHY do you have a MULTIPLIER turned on in the dimension?

          Redo each TP after each existing one and see if it reports the same. Sometimes I've seen the Demon get wierd with TPs. The only fix is to delete and redo.

            I did try that and each one then reads correctly. I then did a save on the program and reran the part and the TP's all went off the chart again. I have 20 other holes that I am also doing TP on and they seem to be correct. This one group has a mind of it's own and it just started this morning.

              What kind of alignment is in the program? 3-2-1 or Iterative? Did you use CAD=PART? Are there multiple alignments in the program?

              IS that particular program showing LAST RUN dimensions or are they hold-overs from a previous part? Is your part location between checks that much different? If you save it and re-open it, do the TP values change? Are they showing up in Datapage correctly (if you have it)?

                    Did you try shutting everything down & re-booting. You will probably have to re-dimension them again, but i'm sure everything will work out ok

                    Gotta go its lunch on the titanic now

                            OK, I see that your TP's are for the Y and the Z elements. Could you be accidentally calculating the X and Y elements for the TP? Usually when I have a strange output like that, it's a simple "GIGO" problem like this.
