  • Measuring @ A90B180 & A90B0 ERROR

I'm measuring a block with a nominal @ value of 23.47. When I measure the block on the back face with points to get a plane i take it at my tip angle at A0B0 and that a point on the front face and measure the plane to the point i get the correct value. But when I measure @ A90B180 & A90B0. The distance is shorter that what its supose to be. Any thoughts are welcome?

Here is the sample data with the results of the length measurements.

Can you rotate the part 90° and measure it from A90B90 and A90B-90? Keep measuring it from different orientations, to try to narrow things down.

          Let us know.
