New Computer / Scanning problems

We've just installed a new computer on a Global Image, PC-DMIS V3.7 MR3.
When I try running an existing program which has circle scans, the machine does the motions for the scan but no points register. When the scan is complete the probe doesn't back away and the software just stalls. I've let the machine set for approx. 4 min.s waiting for something to happen but it just sits there.

If utilizing an SP600 did you calibrate via the LOWER LEVEL MATRIX before qualifying? Just a thought.

Another somewhat obvious question....

Is the Network cable hooked up between the new PC and the controller?
