    I am having trouble with star probe calibration I am only using 2 tips locations 1 and 5 and using all angles b-90 and b90 so I have to use 2 calibration sphere locations I use tip 1A0b0 on both calibrations but when I measure with a tip1 and tip 2 on the same circle I get a difference of .007 in the y location. what I would like to know if it is possible to calibrate with the sphere at 45 degees and if so what would the I J K of the shank be.

    The vectors are always the trig functions of the angle.

    45 = .707106781

    30 = .5

    0 = 1
