  • Checking Pitch

What would be the best way to check pitch on a diameter
I am attempting to check 20 fins in a circular diameter
36 degrees apart from one another I tryed paste with pattern but I
am getting some crazy answers. Has anyone got any ideas on check pitch

    Thanks in advance.

    PITCH

If you could send me a copy of the print, or a sketch of what your looking at, I,m sure I could figure something out. Also, what version are you running

Your pic is blurry? Are you checking all the fins? The angle or location of the fin? 36 x 20 = 720 degrees?
        Need a little more detail

            Pitch

Can't make out alot from the pic. Are the fins in straight, at compound angles or are they helical? On what surface are you taking the polar points? If the fins are angled, you may want to probe the top as a plane, probe the fin as a plane, intersect the 2 planes for a line, probe the outer dia, intersect the created line with the outer dia., dimension the created point. Without a print I'm still not sure what you need? Sorry
