  • problem with repeatebility

    Hello!
I'me facing a problem with some measurements, like this:
I've measured a production of 5 + 5 parts, in all parts i've foud some dimensions perfectly iqual, like 23.674, 23.674,...,23.674, this dimension is a radius, i face the same problem in a angle, and some distances.
Now, i dont think this is possible, but it happens, whats your opinion?
The parts where measured on gauge.

Sounds like something is not marked.

Delete and remeasure features. I heard of this problem before and ran into it for the first time about a week ago.

Try clicking on the REPORT MODE icon after you are done measuring, see if you get different values then. One (or more) versions of Pcdmis had this as an issue.

Try Running the Whole Program from the execute Icon or "CNTR0LL + Q".

I had it reporting dimensions and features it didn't measure, they where skipped.
It just kept reporting the last numbers it had over and over.
I had to remove them and the re enter.

                      Thanks TK!

That's the only thing I hate about UNMARKING a feature. When it reports, the ACTUALS match the NOMINALS. If you are going to skip a feature, you might as well UNMARK it before you EXECUTE. Just be sure to UNMARK the DIMENSION also...
