I heard that with a CMM concentration is a result of 114% of the allowed tolerance. Something about diametrical vs radial, and so true position is much more accurate. I also heard that the length of a cylinder must be longer than the diameter when checking concentricity of cylinders...any truth to either of these? If so what is the perferred method?
