Report Comments Don't Show

My report comments are not showing all of a sudden. Fixes?

Check the setup:
EDIT
PREFERENCES
EDIT WINDOW LAYOUT
Make sure that COMMENTS is marked on the REPORT tab.

Yep, Comments is marked on the report tab.

The comment itself is marked for execution.

Well, after fiddling with it a bit, I resorted to shutdown/reboot and it seems fine now????

Must have been the scroll lock - it shuts off on a reboot.
