  • Bogus or not?

    Is this not double-dimensioned?
Or is it a special control?

    Lately, it occurs to me
What a long, strange trip it's been.

I would say that it is ok. The intent seems to ensure wall thickness is not violated.
They could have used the wall thickness and applied the profile once to the centerline.

Is this material doubled or wrapped? This would be correct to insure that both forms and thickness met the spec.

I can not read the Thickness call out. Its .020? I see it .020 twice. Is it +/- .020 And if so what is the real thickness and what type of material and is it going to be a press fit into something? Is that area a lip of some sort. Would like to see more of print.

The wall is approximately .400 thick. The thickness tolerance is +/-.020.
