  • Error on BasicScan

I wrote simple program to mesure circle with BasicScan Circle.
    As D I chose variable V1.
For example for the first time V1 = 120 [mm], and next time is V1 = 100 [mm].
There was a crash . PC-dmis doesn't refresh variable in BasicScan Circle.
Please try how it works on your own PC-dmis.

      Try it

This code was created by PC-dmis 4.2 MR1 but I try to run this under 4.0, 4.1 and 4.2 and there was the same effect.
Run this for the second time in slow mode (Your probe could be demaged) .

The main program is in p.zip p.zip
      Nice try

Okay I looked at it. Do you have CAD++ ? And I do not understand what you mean that it was 120mm and then changed to 100mm, it changed? I see that the diameter is set at 100mm and it measured 100.054 Where are you getting this 120mm from?

          Idea

I tried to write universal program, with can mesure calibration ring.
For example in one case it's 5 difrent calibration ring.
I have difrent dimention to mesure but the same program.

next error on BasicScan - circle

In located p.zip program swap seting:
            Start Angle: 0
            End Angle: 180
            and next run program RN
look at dimention D and roundness RN - Surprize
D = 1 [mm] and RN extremly enormous

to Paul Sarrach: Yes I have Cad ++, we are big company so we have many different mesuring equipment. Don't worry about dimnention of circle whith is there 100 or 120 or even 100.054 that is not essential of problem.
We have many callibration ring so we want universal program.

Why don't you do marked sets with different scan features? Are you using IF/THEN? I would liek to see the setup of this program.
I used to be high on life but I built up a tolerance.

                The main problem

That do mean "Why don't you do marked sets with different scan features? Are you using IF/THEN? I would liek to see the setup of this program."

                It shold works if D = 100 then CMM mesure D = 100, or if D = 120 then CMM ...
When I use autofeature I have no problem whit that .
