updated to 4.2mr1 but still ned to run 3.7mr3 until more time to learn 4.2 the problem is now the script used to run multi-execute in 3.7 will not work get error message "run time error 429 ActiveX component can't create object. called tech support they have not been able to help yet. any ideas?

This one is one that I have not dealt with yet. However it sounds like you cad is having issues working with the geometry. Again, this is just off of the wall. In my opinion, for whats it's worth. I would dbl check the res settings, etc. Basically just go down the line, the upgrade may have screwed with one setting and that is whats causing the error. From what I have dealt with, Active X is a video function and if it's creating the error (not knowing what #429 is), it may be conflicting with associating cad and the nominals with the cmm. Again, just an off of the wall guess.
