The machine that we bought on auction had a newer version of PCDMIS, so I installed it. Well now the problem. Some settings didn't return to normal. like the "Y" axis vector points in the opposite dirction that I am travleing, and the Probe Rack that I had calibrated last week now is rotated (as far as the software is concerned) in some unexplained direction. Am I just missing some setting or is it a Technical problem that I will have to pay a price to have rectified.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know this sounds like I'm an NFG but thats because I am.
    Thanks in advance!

Did you install into a new folder?

There are instructions for installing PCDMIS in the CODE section. Mr. Hoedemann is currently at the BrokeBackShack but was kind enough to post these instructions for everyone to use...

If you have the old version copy that and rename it to the version you want to install and install the new version in that directory. Follow the instructions by Matt and you should be all set

If it's the axis themselfs that can be changed in the "Machine Config"
If it's the probe that can be changed in the "Setup"
