Afraid to ask.....Datapage

We have 4.1 and I've only been using it for about a week now. So a couple of ink cartriges and many of packs pf paper later I want to use Datapage. I did a little reading in here so my questions are the following; How do I know if it came with our package? and two, where do I find it or navigate to it on the screen? Don't kill me yet and thanks for any input!!!!!
