    Does any one Have PC-Dmis tech support number? Can"t seem to find mine. Thanks

      I got it fixed thanks. I call the same number you sent got answering service. They will not give out PC-dmis tech number. Thanks again

          No I ended up calling the guy at the Nashville training center who was the teacher for the class I went to. Hard to beleive a world wide org. stops taking call at 4:30 pm

              If you call and you get voice mail it doesn't necessarily mean nobody is doing tech support. Did you leave a message?

              Besides, the guy in Nashville works for that worldwide organization... and he took your call ;-)

                What Eric said ( hi Eric )....and....

                have you tried sending an email? that will usually get a response....
                send a message with detailed info on your problem, version you use , etc.
                sometimes sending your program is also needed

                I have had a couple issues resolved in the last two days with Tech's help (thanks again Rich)
                Which one gets ridden today? MPH vs MPG..tough choice, both are FUN

                  I would use this forum first before wasting time on a phone call. Everyone is pretty quick on responses.

                        There are a lot of smart people on here. Trust me, I am not refering to myself But we use this everyday, been doing it every day for years. Most questions here someone can answer " Been there, Done That"

                          That is what I meant Paul. As a collective group, we have far better odds at getting a solution here than tech support does.

                          When in doubt, post code. A second set of eyes might see something you missed.

                              They actually have people answer the phone at tech support? I think every time I've called I've left a message. They have always called me back. Sometimes it is the same day, sometimes the day after, usually two days after, sometimes two weeks after I called.
