    Good morning,

Came in this morning and started our B&S 7-10-7, running 3.7 mr3 and during the homing cycle it came up with a TR_FG102.Z COUNTER ERROR. Is the fix within our realm or is it a B&S problem?

    Thanks for your response

Just a shot in the dark, but did you clean the scales?

Yes, we cleaned the -Z- axis.

Is it an Xcel or a Global? If it is an Xcel, the pads may have been worn on the reader head. In that case, cleaning won't help. Only fix: call B&S.
