  • Code for Cad Model

Can we view the code where the demon has loaded the model?

Something showing the path and file name perhaps?

    Thanks -

    View/Cad info
Then a dialog box shows up.
Click on the CAD image and you should get the path.
    Lately, it occurs to me
What a long, strange trip it's been.

      Thanks John - That works.

Is there a way to view it in the code found in the edit window?

      Thanks again -

I haven't found a way to do that.
What I have done is copy the info from the dialog box (path info) and paste that into a Report Comment so that it is visible in an inspection report.

OK - That's what I had thought after scouring the code in the edit window.

The 'copy and paste' will get me what I want.

Wouldn't this be a good suggestion for an improvement? I have been trying to do the same thing (automatically add the CAD model path to my report) and not been able to do this. If they would make the CAD model info available through something that can be read into a variable, that be great!

Yea, I asked about that in an earlier thread. I think the Wilcox folks are aware of it.
