TP200 System oN DEA machine

I just installed an PI200 that replace a PI12 on a DEA machine. When I try to calibrate a probe tip in DCC mode. I can take the intinal hit normal to the sphere but when I hit continue the probe will just stay there and not move. Is there an option that I need to change in the PC-DMIS settings editor. Thanks
