  • point arrays in a line?

What is the best way to generate a series of points, at a common level with equal spacing?

    For example I have a section of a cone and I would like to measure 50 pts at +.100 z, then 50 more at +.500 z, then 50 more at +1.000 z.

I want single pts. I do not have scanning

Use paste with pattern, create a pattern number of points dived by 360, copy paste with pattern.

What Kass said!! You can do circular patterns like you want to do. One of the best functions is paste with pattern IMO
