Multiply 1/2 of the diametric tolerance by 0.707 to give +/- individual axis tolerances. There isn't a good way to get what you are after since each axis will change depending on what the other axis does.

This creates a 'safe' square tolerance zone that fits inside the allowable tolerance circle (hope that makes sense). You do lose tolerance this way.
