  • Compile.bas?

    Hello folks,

We had a guy working here for about 3 months and he completely fubared a whole lot of things. Im trying to clean out the system of the trash and im finding alot of these 'compile.bas' files in all of these folders. What is this file for and can I delete the 436454578568 different compile.bas files he left behind?

I believe that's used for hyper-reports. I could be wrong.

I understood the file is generated by the script editor to turn your script into a program PC-Dim can read. But I'm not 100% sure

Yes - you should be able to delete these files. They are used by HyperReports and for any translates/imported files (from AVAIL/MM4).
