what is the best way to create an allignment at a corner of a rectangular part?

I also try to be mindful of how the print handles the relationship of the Datums. Assuming the 3 sides to your corner are Datums. If the Print calls out Perpendicularity of the Datums etc then I go ahead and sample the sides as planes as necessary.Bill Jarrells

Measure planes on each side and top>>constuct intersection lines between side planes and top plane>>create intersection point between the two lines....
You could measure/align a million ways based on the information you provided (none!)
You will have to be more specific for a straight answer....
