What is the process you all use to make the head automatically pick up and load the probes? My programs continue to prompt me to load manually. I have tried all I know to do

You will have to define your probe changer & which probes are in which slots also you will need to calibrate your changer & set your load point. Help files should be able to guide you through this....

Yup! If I remember correctly. Mine's been broken for about a year now. For some reason it just lost communication with the P.C. and will not engage. The boss-hole still hasn't budgeted a new one.

Also make sure your portlock has the module for the probe changer. Open Pcdmis go to Help/About Pcdmis and in the Module drop down window see if Tool Changer is there. If not you will have to contact Hexegon and purchase it.

Yes he has, it is called "your salary".
When in doubt, post code. A second set of eyes might see something you missed.

True. He doesn't realize it's costing him in the long-run though.
