Just shootin in the wind, whens the last itme you did a defrag on your computer? For that matter, if you are and I ssume so, if you can read this, do you have spyware remover software? Have you ran it? Spyware will eat up your memory. It runs all the time.

CleanUp! is a powerful and easy-to-use application that removes temporary files created while surfing the web, empties the Recycle Bin, deletes files from your temporary folders and more.

CleanUp! frees disk space and reduces the "clutter" on your computer helping it to run more efficiently. It also can be used as a way to protect your privacy on the Internet. You can even instruct CleanUp! to securely delete files making it impossible to retrieve their contents using lower-level disk tools - just another way of protecting your privacy.

Try lowering your video resolution and to 16bit if not already. We still have random PCDLRN shutdowns at the moment. They happen every now and then. It is probably a PCDMIS bug. We are still using MR1 though.

This is the error I keep getting. I am running 3.7 mr2 on windows XP sp1. I am also running Pcdmis through A VB front end.

            Run-time error '-2147417851(80010105)':
            Automation error

I try to give pcdmis as much of the system resources as possible. I am running XP with the Performance Settings set to "Adjust for best performance". Right click, MyComputer, Properties, Advanced Tab, select Performance Settings. It is not as pretty as the other selections but it does not contain the MS toolbar resource leak issue.
