Check your depth of the points and make them all the same. Just a thought?

Maybe a silly question, but are you in the correct working plane during the construction?

I cannot construct a circle from vector points. Why is that? I used polar mode to easily even space the points and there is some problem with that. The diameter is close but the form is incorrect by 2.5 or 3 millimeters
