I use the yellow brush to sweep 4.2 under the rug.
      Lately, it occurs to me
What a long, strange trip it's been.

Ok, that one is easy. Go up near the header, right click and you should see an area that says use text mode reporting.Check the box and the report should refresh for you. If you don't find it. Look at this...

                GO HERE

It's the same thing except I'm in the PPAP report looking to show comments.

I think Paul wants "Draft" mode printing. Not sure if it exists in 4.2.
I used to be high on life but I built up a tolerance.

Alright, my 4head is so RED and Sore. I found it, when I view the report and click on the Template selection dialog, I had to add it to my Report Template Window. Then click on it, and it changed on the screen. The new bells and whisles are nice, cool looking " Wall Paper"

Again why something so easy was made so difficult is beyond me. I tried giving these new flashy reports to my guys and some engineers we are building our die for, they do not like it. And wanted the old style back. They asked why B&S changed it, I told them they must have Invested in the Printer Ink Industry because as far as I am concerned the new style is just one BIG waste of ink and money.

                            Thanks for all the help.

As in Jan's case, make sure that once you have "default" as the report template that you want that you click on the little icon that says make this template default. Otherwise evrey time you open your programs you will have to click on REPORT>DEFAULT template. If you make "default" the default template it will always open with that one.

It's not that hard, its just different. Most people don't like change. I figure, from my perspective, "learn it now or get run over by someone who will/does". And I mean that about many of the new technologies out there. I was the first one on my block to not have his VCR blinking 12:00.
