4.2 Problem?

When a take a point in the X axis it does gives me a perfect point and the up and down it is showing 2.5 mm out on t flat up and down surface. If I take a edge point I get the correct numbers????????

Is this one of those 4.2 problems? I have not had time to read up on it because I have been building a room to go around. Thanks

If you are using a version older than 06-12-07 you may have issues with snap point. Do you have snap turned on? If so turn it off for those points and rerun. Better? If so move to the most current version (snap craap was fixed around 06-12-07). If not, lets see some code?

Now I am not trying to shock you all or tell you a lie, but would you believe the CMM Installer told me that he installed the lasted and greatest, even after I told him about the fixes like you all told me, my CMM was certified on the 20 of July. He even istalled the 4.1 that I did not want but did not install the 3.7mr3 as a back up. I dont think he lied, maybe misinformed, I check it and it does say 5/30/07. Idiot
