  • Angularity evaluations

    How does the DEMON evaluate angularity? I've programmed a part from CAD and when I tolerance my line it shows me out by .039" and when I trig the angles from CAD I am only showing .03° off of nominal. The length of the line is only about .075" long.

    Should I use "T" instead and explain to the operator what it means?

    Input that .075" into the projected length area, perhaps that is where the variation is coming from?

          My part sits as if the the angled surface (a "V" milled into a stud) was sectioned perp to the Y axis. I have the work plane set to Yplus. I will try and change the length.
