Crashing In Auto Feature

I am having problems with an auto feature. I tried to create a polygon in autofeature, The problem comes in when I finish teaching it, it writes it to the program, but in red. This in turn will not execute. what does this mean?
After executing, my program crashes!!!

Will you post some code so we can see? What version?

Usually a command shown in red means that you don't have the portlock settings to be able to use that command. But, in this case, it shouldn't allow you to start to create on first. As inspector212 said, we need to know the version, and also which level of PC-DMIS you have (Cad++, etc). Thanks, -Glenn

I am running version 4.1. Converting from 4.0. Level Cad + .
I wiped out the entire program and started over. However, I would still like to use this feature in the future. Tried everything to keep it from crashing. After several attempts and lots of frustration, I created another program.

Did creating the new program fix the problem?

I created a new program using different features. I still can't use the Polygon auto feature. I will attempt to do it again sometime within the next week.
It's just strange. I am able to access the window to create it, Put in data, then it writes the data, In red, but it writes it in the program, but will not execute.
Will read further into it later.
