Now on to your problem (PC-DMIS problem). Did you try increasing your SD tolerance, then setting it back to what you need. It is possible something got entered wrong. Changing it may correct that error. I'm thinking there might be a minus sign in the tolerance, can't see it due to the size of the box. I did that with a part tolerance one day and was going nuts trying to figure it out.Last edited by John Kingston; 06-21-2007, 11:55 PM.When in doubt, post code. A second set of eyes might see something you missed.

I've deleted the tool and created a new one but still does the same. All the probes on the rack calibrate this way. B&S said they are confused as well. Thought maybe one of you guys have came across this problem.I used to be high on life but I built up a tolerance.

Pretty tight. We qualify our tips at up to .0004" SD (metric up to.010mm SD).
Maybe its' doing some sort of rounding?Last edited by JamesMannes; 06-22-2007, 10:44 AM.sigpic
