  • Dimension Colors

    Hello,
I know that this has been mentioned in previous threads, however the usual fixes do no help.
I have reports with out of tol dims in yellow, in some programs and not others. My edit/graphics dispaly window/dimension colors show that red is the selected color
So what is going on here?

This is not happening in all of the programs, just a couple.

    Thanks in advance,
    A.Gore

Scroll up on the drop down menu. Yellow is the default for (-) negative out of tolerance dimensions.

      Hello,
Thanks for the assistance, but here is the kicker,,,,
both selections + and - are set to red.
There will be an out of tol dim,,,,,and it is red
farther down the report,,,,an out of tol is yellow and the other to follow are yellow. I set the cursor in the affected area,,,,thinking that the settings would show a difference,,,,,but,,not.
There has got to be something else.

      Thanks,
      A.Gore

        Good Morning,
Is this a problem that no one has encountered??????? Either way, the work around that I have decided to utelize is unchecking the text mode reporting and selecting white as the default color. I will see if this works.

        Have a great day everyone,

I've had it happen a long time ago but I can't remember for the life of me what I did to fix it... Sorry that I couldn't be of assistance...

            Good Morning Ranger,
It's ok. Just another day in pc dmis land. After being off of the cmm for a while, I expected to be fumbling around like a blind man,,,,,but it is just like riding a bike. It only took a brief moment of looking around thru the tool bars,,,,,to get back in the saddle. As far as these little bugs go, I never missed this part. Like I said, it is only in a couple programs and I have opened up ever possible option and pref and still no fixing it. But changing the reporting style to normal running the part, then changing the report back to text, shows the out of tol in black. not red but at least I can see it,,,,in yellow, that was really difficult to read.

            Have a great day,
            A.Gore
