  • Repots / "Shadow"

version doesn't matter...all have the same that I have seen, 3.7mr2 to 4.2.

There is a "Shadow" that prints an "off white" color below and slightly to the right after any reported dimensions.

This shadow will fill the almost entire page if there is only one dimension reported on a (last) page.

This shadow is using ink and I want it to stop, but have been unable to find the culprit in any of the templates

    Any help on this one?

    Thanks

Are you sure it isn't your printer? Our printer here puts on a 'shadow' no matter what you print. It is an old POS.

I get the same thing, running 4.2. It's not my ink and no one here questions how much I use so I have never bothered asking this question. But if anyone does know how to stop it I would be grateful also.

        Cheers

In V4x under Report Window Print Setup, there is a check box to turn off printing of back gound colors. I do not know if this is the issue or not.
