I am trying to make an alignment from my cad model with auto features. How should I move the hit points so they land on the surface of the part?

The first alignment is offline in manual mode, use the program icon and "measure plane".sigpic -
Then level the part and choose the origin for one axis to that plane.sigpicComment

When you are done, finish the rest of the alignment features, go DCC and then the autoplane should be on the part. do not use CAD=Part in this instance.
