If your SMA is paid you will have the ability to make a phone call. Not saying you'll get through but wihtoout an SMA Hexagon cuts your phone lines.
Probe changers, all I want is some ****ed probe changers and I have to have an SMA.
I am reading their quote for the SMA and it says you need an SMA just for "questions regarding service, special projects, retrofits, training, products, contracts..etc"
The way that reads is I need a freaking SMA just to ask them if they'd be willing to sell me a CMM.<internet bumper sticker goes here>

Just in case you don't see my response on the other thread...
Wilcox is owned by ********. Brown and Sharpe is owned by ********. But, each is a seperate company. Wilcox releases stuff to Brown and Sharpe and at that time they put up the notice on their website that they have released the software. What they are not telling us is that they have released it to Brown and Sharpe for testing purposes. Anything you grab from the Wilcox site, until it has been sent to your company from Brown and Sharpe, is "beta".sigpic
