Doing an iterative alignment and I get a Out of tolerance zone =10. I'm using a fixture alignment along with theoritical point locations. Is there a way to adjust this tolerance zone?

Change the "PNT TARGET RAD" and "FIXTURE TOL" to whatever you want it to be and what your part can be acceptable to based the part's tolerances.
A1 =ALIGNMENT/START,RECALL:AUTO, LIST= YES
ALIGNMENT/ITERATE
PNT TARGET RAD = 5, START LABEL = , FIXTURE TOL = 0, ERROR LABEL =
MEAS ALL FEAT = NO ,MAX ITERATIONS = 99 ,LEVEL AXIS=ZAXIS ,ROTATE AXIS=YAXIS ,ORIGIN AXIS=XAXIS
LEVEL = PNT10,PNT11,PNT12,,
ROTATE = SM_RAD3,SM_RAD2,,
ORIGIN = PNT4,,
