Is there any code or way to change the font size just on your report..
For some odd reason yesterday my reports were jam up and jelly tight and fit all on the same page but when I ran the same part this morning it seems different. Huuunnnnh..... Did not change a thing and I do not want to go back in each program and and redo my comments for the report printouts....

Yeah, you can change JUST the EDIT WINDOW font, which is the report font and it is different from the APPLICATION FONT and GRAPHIC font.

Are you still running 3.7MR2? I seem to remember this happening occasionally before I 'upgraded' to MR3.

Matt - I knew you could change it using the edit windows fonts but I would like to keep my edit windows fonts large and my printout smaller.

Well, with the advent of ONE of the versions, the actual FONT in the report is smaller than the font used in the edit window, even though it SHOULD be what you set the edit window for. Try reducing the edit window FONT by one size, and one only and see what that does the the 'printed' report.

Working on that this very moment, the only problem I see is not only is the report fonts getting smaller which is a good thing but as I reduse the fonts, my edit window is also getting smaller. I guess I have to work around it.

You can drag the edge of the edit window and make it bigger. Also, another thought, did someone change your 'windoze' setting from a large font to a small font? I think that setting effects everything you have open. I remember seeing it, but I do not remember where this is.
