  • Equate Alignment

First time using the alignment- read all the material about it I could. Tried it and got my X AND Y correct (side to side) for concentricity but all my heights are off after I filp the part. So I'm thinking my level plane is off from one side to the other. How and what are the best way to do it.

You really need to be sure you can measure the same features from the pre-flip side to the post flip side. you don't have to use datums, any features just to relate the pre-flip to the post flip. After you manually aligned the part, let it equate to the pre-flip one more time on dcc, then you can align it again to get the datum structure you want.
    1) measure three features
    2) align
    3) flip
    4) measure three features
    5) align
    6) equate new (5)align with old (2)align.
