Help with two true position callouts on a single hole

I have this part with 2 holes and each hole has a secondary true position reference frame. Both frames are related to datums ABC but what does it mean when a hole has two TP callouts? And how should I get each of those measurements on PC-Dmis?

No diameter sign before the tolerance so it's two planer tolerance zone. In effect you have a square tolerance zone.

Does your part have slots on it as well? It is true positioned like a slot.
