Ultra high accuracy/Nanotechnology

This is slightly off topic, but I need some comments about ultra high accuracy 0.00025mm+L/400 machines. No this isn't a typo. Nanotechnology is the area I'm looking for.

Anyone have one? What brand? What probing systems? What issues? How flexible are the setups? ETC....
